Myron Washington

Myron A. Washington, a New Orleans native, graduate of Loyola University of New Orleans that has over 15 years of hospitality experience. Through innovation and creativity Myron has managed Rooms Division for Hilton Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Interstate Hotels and Resorts and The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center.

Myron has developed an expertise as it relates to managing properties small and large to deliver quality service above and beyond the brand standards.

Adele Thonn

Ms. Adele Thonn is a 20-year veteran of New Orleans hotels with experience in a variety of departments and supervisory levels, ranging from Front Office to Sales and Convention Service. Having reached the rank of Executive Committee, she understands the budgetary challenges facing hotels today and the need to simultaneously increase revenues, all while providing stellar service to all.

As a managing partner of MACK Solutions, Ms. Thonn, along with her partners, will provide clientele solutions to today’s hotel management concerns.

Chenae Watermeier

Chenae Watermeier is a native of New Orleans and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and HRT from the University of New Orleans. She began her career at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside where she worked in several Guest Relations positions over 14 years. She has extensive knowledge of customer service from her experience working as Front Desk Agent, Hilton Hotels Corporation Management Trainee, Executive Level Manager, Reservations Manager and Director of Front Office Operations. While at the Hilton she was also a member of the Executive Committee, where she participated in making critical decisions for the property.
